The intellectual work, investment of research funds, and time spent in regard to academic services are paid and are therefore non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refund considerations are only applicable in cases of non-delivery attributable to MyOnlineClassPro — not delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

Pricing is determined based on the complexity of the academic task, urgency of the deadline, and the level of subject specialization required.

Limitation of Liability

MyOnlineClassPro does not accept responsibility for academic performance, grading outcomes, or institutional measures that result from the client's own submission decisions.

Liability is restricted to the value of rendered services only and does not extend to indirect, consequential, or reputational damages of any kind.

Modification of Terms

MyOnlineClassPro reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions in accordance with operational, legal, or regulatory developments. Continued use of the platform constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of any modified Terms and Conditions.
